Client Success Manager & Onboarding Specialist (Remote or In-Office)

  • Our operations team members are “jacks of all trades” but are primarily responsible for onboarding new clients and helping to make sure those clients are succeeding in maximizing revenue on our platform.

We’re in the process of building an exciting new company from the ground up. This role gives you the chance to do real work and contribute to that building process. You will be interacting directly with our clients and we expect you to be the eyes and ears that help us drive the company forward.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate relationships with current clients and support them on an ongoing basis
  • Working closely with the Sales Team to onboard new clients
  • Setting clients up with correct signage and parking rates
  • Setting clients up on the Parkary Portal
  • Ensuring clients have everything they need to be successful on our platform
  • Help maintain and organize the company’s CRM
  • Make sure clients feel taken care of – while at the same time staying laser focused on what is actually important to increase their revenue

Qualifications

  • Track record of successful project management and creative problem solving
  • Evidence of of organizational skills
  • Track record of success in a client facing role
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem solving mindset
  • Self-motivated and flexible with the ability to wear multiple hats and prioritize effectively
  • Thrives working in a dynamic environment with a strategy that is evolving in real time

Client Acquisition Lead (Remote or In-Office)

Trailblazers wanted. This is an account executive position perfect for someone interested in eating what you kill, with a $40,000 base (raise to $50,000 after 6 months) and uncapped commission. If you are looking for a “safe” sales role, this may not be for you.

Your Responsibilities

  • Open new markets
  • Handle full sales cycle
  • Laser focus on generating new client relationships

Qualifications

  • Money Motivated – namely maximizing revenue for our clients by properly setting rate and signage metrics
  • Extremely comfortable on the phone and via Teams/Zoom
  • Proficient in common applications (e.g., CRMs, Video/Screen Sharing Software)
